Well here you go: Headaches, Back pain, Depression, Heart diseases, Death.. Death?! What? Yes, death. Multiple studies have found that people who sleep nine or more hours a night have significantly higher death rates than people sleeping seven to eight hours a night. No specific reason for this correlation has been determined. Nobody likes death, so how do you combat oversleeping?
Have a morning routine. It may be push-ups followed up by a shower or a cup of coffee.
Wake up and do something. Once you've done the usual (push-ups and coffee, or whatever you like) you should get moving.
Drink water. Drink lots of water because dehydration can make you really tired and exhausted.
These tips above will really get you up and going for your day of work (you could do it on weekends too, just to make sure you remember to do it every other morning)
All in all, if you average more than nine or ten hours of sleep per night and feel that your simptoms are coming, you should get checked up by a doctor to determine if oversleeping is the cause.
You shouldn't worry too much though, you might just really like sleeping.
